Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LetMeAdd (https://letmeadd.com), an audience engagement tool for live polls, quizzes and questionnaires, provided by LetMeAdd, based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using LetMeAdd, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract to buy a paid plan.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LetMeAdd to:

• break any law, or collect personal data without the right to do so;
• post or collect content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringes others' rights;
• disrupt, overload, probe or attempt to break the security of the service;
• resell or misrepresent the service.

3. Your content

You own the events, questions and results you create, and the responses your participants give. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for your content and for telling your participants how their responses are used.

Teams (Business plan): a team's events and shared library belong to the team owner's account. The owner decides who joins and what each member may do; members can use the team's content only while they are in the team and the owner's plan includes teams.

AI-generated questions can be inaccurate. Check them before you use them; you are responsible for the questions you add to your events.

4. Plans and payment

LetMeAdd has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business), with the prices, limits and features shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle may add taxes that apply in your country.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged straight away. Downgrades take effect immediately and are reflected in your next bill.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid features stay available for a short grace period while payment is retried; after that your account moves to the Free plan.
• Moving to a lower plan or to Free never deletes your content; actions beyond the new plan's limits are simply not available.
• We will give you notice before changing the price of your plan.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep LetMeAdd available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of any plan until they are released.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using LetMeAdd at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing support@letmeadd.com.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use LetMeAdd after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
