Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data LetMeAdd (https://letmeadd.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. LetMeAdd, based in Pakistan, is responsible for this data. Contact: support@letmeadd.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Your content: events, questions, settings and reports you create, questions you save to a shared library, and — with custom branding — your logo and brand colour.
- Teams: your team's name and members, and the email addresses you invite. We email the invitation to that address; the team owner sees members' names and addresses, and members see each other's names.
- Participant data: the answers participants give, and — only when an event asks for them — their name and email. A random key is kept in the participant's browser so a refresh doesn't count them twice.
- Billing details: your plan, subscription status, billing dates and payment records. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never sent to or stored by us.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- to provide the service: accounts, events, live sessions, reports and exports;
- to bill paid plans and keep your subscription up to date;
- to send service emails: account verification, password resets, billing and renewal notices;
- to keep the service secure and to fix problems.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting and network delivery, and the AI model behind AI question generation: when you use it, the topic you enter is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the questions;
- Supabase — database;
- Resend — sending emails;
- Paddle — payments, as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment details under its own privacy notice.
These providers may process data outside your country. They handle it only to provide their services to us.
Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to recognise a participant's device for an event. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your account and content, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@letmeadd.com. Participants can ask the event organiser, or us, to remove their responses.
Children
LetMeAdd is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date. See also our Terms of Service.
