Simple, honest pricing

No. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and doesn't expire. It includes up to 5 questions per event and 50 participants per session, with live polls, quizzes and the standard templates.

Your participants never need an account or a plan: they join with a code or QR code.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance each month or year by card through Paddle’s secure checkout. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record: it handles the payment and invoices, and may add taxes that apply in your country. Prices are in US dollars.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your plan starts as soon as Paddle confirms the payment.

Terms of Service

A yearly plan is one payment for 12 months and costs less than 12 monthly payments: Starter is $48 a year ($4 a month, saving 20%), Pro is $96 a year ($8 a month, saving 20%) and Business is $180 a year ($15 a month, saving 21%).

Yes, any time from the Billing page, which shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Upgrading — or moving from monthly to yearly — takes effect immediately, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a lower plan also takes effect immediately; the change is reflected in your next bill rather than refunded.

Cancelling turns off automatic renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free. Until then you can turn renewal back on from Billing.

Nothing is deleted: your events, questions and results stay. Anything beyond the Free plan’s limits simply isn’t available until you upgrade again.

Paddle retries the charge automatically and your paid features stay on for a short grace period. Update your card from Billing → Manage billing. If the payment still hasn’t gone through when the grace period ends, your account moves to Free — nothing is deleted.

Payments are final: renewals, unused time and moves to a lower plan aren’t refunded, so try the Free plan first. If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact us and we’ll put it right. Your rights under consumer law aren’t affected.

Refund Policy

Pro includes 50 and Business includes 200 AI generations a month. Each generation writes up to 10 quiz questions on your topic, as drafts you review and edit before adding any of them.

Only generations that produce questions count. If one fails, or comes back empty, it isn’t taken from your allowance.

Every month, on the day of the month your subscription started — not on the 1st. Yearly plans get the same allowance in every month of their year. Unused generations don’t carry over.

In a team’s events, generations come from the team owner’s allowance. AI writing also has a shared daily capacity: on a very busy day it can pause until 00:00 UTC, which doesn’t use any of your generations.

You plus up to 5 teammates — 6 people in all. Invite them by email as editors, who can edit and present the team’s events, or viewers, who can see results and reports.

An open invitation holds a seat until it’s accepted, cancelled or expires after 7 days. Teammates work under your Business plan, so they don’t need a paid plan of their own.

In live sessions the limit applies to each session. Everyone who joins counts once, even if they refresh or rejoin from the same browser (a different device counts as someone new), and each new session starts from zero. Self-paced quizzes count respondents across the whole quiz.
