Refund Policy

All payments for LetMeAdd plans are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly subscriptions, renewals, unused time in a billing period, and changes to a lower plan.

Try before you pay

The Free plan lets you use LetMeAdd at no cost, so you can check it fits your needs before buying a paid plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan, and your content is kept.

When the law says otherwise

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where the law requires a refund, it is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under Paddle's buyer terms.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged in error, email support@letmeadd.com and we will put it right.
